Rainbow Connection is a Common Ground initiative to educate Mercer faculty and staff about issues faced by LGBTQ+ students at Mercer and how to be an ally to Mercer’s LGBTQ+ community.

 

As part of the program, participants receive a training manual designed by Mercer students and a Rainbow Connection sticker with the year they attended training.
